Apple - iPod touch - Video calls, HD video, Game Center, and more

Look how thin it is! It has video calls over Wifi, HD video, retina display, new game center and much much more.  IPod touch out sold Sony and Nintendo, and now it turned into this? WOW! And, it soooo thin, I am so amazed how thin can be such a powerfull device! And it’s really not that expensive, concerning what you get for it. And you don’t get chained by a mobile operator with a two year contract.

When it comes to the new iPod nano, well that would make a great watch for me So if anyone does that, please send me a picture

This video is a good highlight of where the future is going. It is very high tech / geeky / SF so keep an open mind It is obvious that it is travelling at a tremendous rate! Online and offline are coming more and more together. Privacy is left behind, and cyber security is emerging. Digital security, if you will, is going to play a crucial role. It sounds like fun, but it will require a lot of money for all that cool gadgets. Naturally that will raise some ethical and philosophical questions where do we want to go.

The fastest way to explain what Adwords is to tell you that those ads that you see when you search something on Google, well that’s Adwords. It is very important to see the difference between Adwords and Adsense. So we’ll do one at a time. Most of Google profits (if not all) come from that two terms. Billions are involved so pay attention!

Adwords offers pay-per-click PPC advertising, and site-targeted advertising for both text and banner ads. The Adwords program includes local, national, and international distribution. You need to target the right niche market, and the right niche keywords.

If you want to know about Adwords, you need to know about ROI (return on investment), Adsense (another Google service that is directly connected with Adwords), SEO (search engine optimization), SEM (Search engine marketing), SERP (Search engine results page) and other. You have to understand that all this terms evolve around each other.

Adwords is in fact very simple. You know I like examples… You signup, create an ad campaign. Lets say you are in business of selling perfumes, and would like to start online shop with your products. You can choose words, next to which your ads will show. Then when somebody searches “Armani perfume” (which are searched lets say 10 times a day) your ad will show up 200 times a day. The good part is Google charges you only when somebody clicks on your ad.

The cost depends on your campaign budget, number of searches people make, number of words you assign your ads, and number of clicks people make on your add. And most important thing. You know Google is smart, right? Don’t click on your competition ads, don’t click on yours, and don’t write bad ads. Encourage people to click on your ads, and Google will reduce your click cost! Why? Because Google likes relevancy, that’s companies policy. I think I overdid it, I plan to have a special place on this site about Adwords.

In other words, lets keep it real simple. This is a virtual marketing. Its use and purpose is similar to the one in offline life. Internet marketing can include information management, public relations, customer service, and sales. Steadily over the years, online marketing is gaining momentum over other forms of marketing, now even more with social media marketing and mobile marketing.

Also creating a dialog on a forum in a friendly way can also be a very powerful tool. Have in mind that this is very sensitive area, don’t become a spammer. You promote my product and if you are good, you will probably sell it. If you sell it, I will give you a commission (up to 50%).

Affiliate marketing is a method of promoting web businesses in which an affiliate is rewarded for every visitor, subscriber, customer, and/or sale provided through his/her efforts. It is a modern variation of the practice of paying a finder’s fee for the introduction of new clients to a business. Compensation may be made based on a certain value for each visit (Pay per click), registrant (Pay per lead), or a commission for each customer or sale (Pay per sale), or any combination.

In this marketing anyone who wants can promote your product, and they will be paid appropriately. But some companies care about future and potential costumers so they if promote them they will pay you for every visit, subscriber etc. Pay for performance. I will defiantly try to provide some affiliate marketing companies.

Successful affiliate programs require a lot of maintenance and work. The number of affiliate programs just a few years back was much smaller than it is today. Having an affiliate program that is successful is not as easy anymore. Although some consider affiliate marketing as a hoax, it is a legitimate way to profit and needs hard work.

A niche marketing is a focused, portion of a market sector that you can take over. Basically you can use this everywhere! For online marketing you can use this when picking keywords or keyphrases on which you wish to target your SEO or when you are creating your adwords campaign. When you are creating you hosting packages, or products in your shop, or what exactly service do you wish to provide.

For big companies those market segments are often too small in order to serve them profitably as they often lack economies of scale. Word of advice, pick a niche that interests you. Because it is hard to write, promote, sell, do anything with a market that doesn’t interest you.

Core deffinition of niche marketing would be: Niche marketing is the process of finding and serving small but potentially profitable market segments and designing custom-made products or services for them.

I was so amazed by the atmosphere and the whole video that I shared the video on Twitter, Facebook and here on my blog There are a few things I really like, and I want to achieve in my company!

- I love the fact everybody can order food via their intranet. They all eat together in a friendly atmosphere, that’s just ideal.

All this has to be a motivational boost. Although time management has to be done properly. Obviously you need to have very responsible workers! Responsible to say the least. Workers have a great environment, they eat what they want, have a place for fun, for chilling, they have great computers, atmosphere is amazing, but I wonder what is behind all that? What kind of a work do workers have to deliver, and how is the work done. They obviously have a great product and a great service, but how do they do it? What we see in the video is the result! What I want to know is the “in progress”.

Where did all the people go? aka WTF?

One of our web sites was getting more visitors every day since it’s launch. It was well optimized and nearly 90% visitors came from Google. Than one day everyrhing stopped. No warnings, no spams, no blocks, just stopped. We sweeped everything, did more optimizing, removed some content, followed few tips, and we were on our way. Visitors started comming back. This lasted only for a few days, when we were brought back down. Again, no fault actions, no bad content, nothing. I wish Scooby Doo can help us sort out this mistery.
